Mortgage help for cops

mortgage-benefits-for-police-officersHello officers. Yes, we’re talking to you. The guys in blue who stand proud and fight crime. (Or, give traffic tickets – take your pick.) Whatever your role in the academy is, one thing is certain – you sacrifice your safety and risk a lot to be in law enforcement. You’re the ones called when crisis strikes. You’re looking the bad guys straight in the face, chasing down the robbers, dealing with the drunks. It’s not an easy job.

While being a cop is no cakewalk, we’re here to help making buying a house a little bit sweeter for you. We participate in Homes for Heroes – a real estate program that “gives back” to public servants in the way of discounted costs when it comes to all aspects of real estate. Real estate agents, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, appraisers – all of us take part in helping you get into a home of your dreams for less.

About Homes for Heroes

This program is legit and offers a great benefit to those who qualify and participate. Some perks include:

  •  25% of the gross commission paid to your Homes For Heroes real estate Affiliate’s company, whether you buy, sell or both
  • Discounted lending fees on purchase or refinances from a local mortgage lender (like us!)
  • Discount on private home inspections
  • Discount on closing fee from title company

Oh – and there are NO forms, fine print, red tape, hidden fees or any of that stuff. It’s just an honest program inspired by the heroes of 9/11 and gives back to our “heroes.”

If you’re in the Kansas City area and wanting to buy a house with the Homes for Heroes program, give me a call at (816) 875-6538 or learn more about us on our KC Loan Tips website. I’m one of the mortgage lenders that participates and would love to fill you in!
